A-PDF Mailer is batch email sender software for Windows that allows you to send PDF files with dynamic watermark to multiple recipients (addresses) in Excel list.
PDF file is designed to avoid viruses and other malware programs and also can protect the author's copyright, so many company resources are saved as PDF. However, many people are troubled with how to send out PDF resources to multiple customers with your Gmail.
Batch PDF Mailer is the professional tool for emailing PDF attachments. Using the wonderful tool, you can batch send PDF documents to many email addresses in Excel list via your Gmail.
First, you should make a list of customer's email addresses with Excel file as below.
1. Open excel file
Press "Open Excel File" button to browse and open the email address list. You can see it in the top-left window.
2. Select PDF files
You can click Add PDF icon or Add other icon to batch add PDF files or other attachment files from your computer.
3. Write email content
You can customize the content of email like subject, body, etc in setting part.
4. Gmail Setting
In the "setting" part, you can set Outgoing SMTP mail server as Gmail.
5. Send PDF via Gmail
And then, you can batch sends email via Gmail with PDF attachments by clicking "Batch send email" button.
