1. Free download, install and run PDF Data Extractor.
2. Select PDF files
Click "Add PDF files" button to batch import PDF files to the software.
3. Add extraction rule
Click Add icon in "Rule list", you can get a new windows. Then you can make a rule as below.
a. click "Browse" button to open a sample PDF.
b. Right click filed item to define filed name.
c. Input rule name and click "Save Rule" button to save current rule.
4. Output setting
Click "Option" button, you can choose output method and output format (Excel, CSV, XML).
5. Extract data from PDF
At last, click "Extract All" to batch extract data from PDF automatically. Then the extracted PDF data can be saved as Excel, CSV, XML.
