A-PDF Mailer is batch email sender software for Windows that allows you to send PDF files with dynamic watermark to multiple recipients (addresses) in Excel list.
As a clerk, maybe you will send out hundred of PDF reports or resources with the same content to you customers, do you want to find a way to send out PDF emails at one time automatically?
PDF Mailer is an easy to use tool for sending PDF emails. With the application, you can batch send PDF files to multiple email addresses in Excel list. The PDF email sender can support Outlook and other SMTP E-mail including Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
Before sending PDF files, you must send make an email address list in Excel file as below.
1. Free download the PDF email sender, install and run it.
2. Open Excel file
Click "Open Excel File" button to browse and open the email address list. Then all email addresses will be displayed in the top-left window.
3. Select attachment for email
Click Add PDF icon to batch import PDF files from your computer. At the same time, you also can click Add Other icon to add other attachment files.
4. Edit email content
You can edit subject, email body in the email setting part.
5. Batch send PDF email
At last, click "Batch send email" button to batch send email with PDF attachment with Outlook. If you want to use other SMTP E-mail, you can set in setting part.
