We all know that the newest Apple iPad Tablet computer, iPad 3 or called the new iPad, will be released on March 7, 2012 at the March 7 Apple Media Event. Compare iPad 2 with the new iPad
Processor: iPad 2 use dual-core Apple A5 system-on-a-chip. The new iPad 3 maybe has a better processor, quad-core Apple A5X system-on-a-chip.
Display: iPad 2 is a 9.7 inches multi-touch display with resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels. The new iPad could increase the resolution to 2048×1536 pixels.
Storage: iPad 2 was released with three capacity options for storage: 16, 32, or 64 GB. iPad 3 will have a storage at least 32GB/64GB.
Wireless: iPad 2 use Wi-Fi + 3G: 3G cellular HSDPA, 2G cellular EDGE on 3G models
Maybe the new HD iPad 3 use Wi-Fi + 4G: support LTE, HSPA+, WCDMA, etc.
Camera: iPad 2-Back camera support 720p HD still and video camera 0.7 MP, Front camera support VGA-quality still and video camera, 0.3 MP. New iPad maybe add a feature along with a three-axis gyroscope set-up similar to the iPhone 4 model. And it will be supported 1080p HD.
Price: The iPad 2 retail from $499 to $829 depending on memory size and 3G/Wi-Fi. It’s reasonable to assume that the iPad 3 will start selling for the same (or very similar) price points.
